Martin Eilertsen currently serves as the Head of Treasury and M&A at Viridium Gruppe, a position held since January 2020, overseeing capital management and structured finance. Prior to this role, Martin Eilertsen worked at NatWest Markets Plc from September 2012 to January 2020, progressing from an Analyst to Vice President in FIG, focusing on strategic transactions for European life insurers, including acquisition financing and advisory services. Early career experiences included a summer analyst position at BlackRock, a junior equity analyst role at SISU Capital, and a spring internship at Bank of America. Martin Eilertsen holds a BSc (Hons) in Investment and Financial Risk Management from Bayes Business School, as well as a Level 3 Certificate in Investments from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, and an International Baccalaureate from the American International School of Budapest.
