Alisa Ferguson is an experienced legal professional with a focus on estate planning, estate administration, and guardianship matters. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Virginia College Savings Plan since August 2010, Alisa has held various roles including Contract Attorney. Prior experience includes serving as President of Medical Home Plus in 2017 and as a Partner at Ellona Law Affiliates, PLC, where assistance was provided in estate and tax planning. Alisa also held positions at Legacy Law Group, PLC, Blanton Kirk Lumpkins, PLC, and Freed & Shepherd, P.C., contributing to legal research, drafting documents, and client support in various capacities. Alisa holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University.
