Lynsley Evans, DASM, currently serves as the Learning Center Administrator and previously as the Learning Center Coordinator at Virginia REALTORS® since May 2019, where responsibilities include managing the Learning Management System and ensuring data integrity. Prior to this role, Lynsley was self-employed as a Business Systems Coordinator for the Virginia Department of Health, overseeing the Emergency Services Database. From October 2011 to September 2018, Lynsley held various roles at Capital One, including Process Coordinator II and Implementation Specialist, focusing on project management, process improvement, and client portfolio management. Lynsley began the career at Capital One as a Loyalty Agent and Heavy Spend Coordinator, emphasizing customer satisfaction and product upgrades. Educational background includes a High School Diploma from Hermitage High School and studies at J Sargeant Reynolds Community College.
