Dana Kahn, PharmD, BCPS, MHA, currently serves as the Division Vice President of Quality and Safety at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, a position held since November 2013. Prior roles at Virginia Mason Hospital and Seattle Medical Center included Director of Claims, Risk, and Medical Staff Services, Interim Director of Medical Staff Services, Medication Safety Specialist, and Clinical Pharmacist in Critical Care/Telemetry. Dana Kahn completed a Master of Health Administration at the University of Washington from 2010 to 2012 and earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1994 and 2001.
