Jennifer Mullen is the Director of Public Affairs and Community Relations at Virginia Lottery. Jennifer has extensive experience in communications, media relations, and legislative relations. Jennifer leads a team that focuses on promoting the Virginia Lottery brand, education initiatives, and consumer protection/responsible gaming campaigns. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University.
