Bill Hankins possesses extensive experience in finance, emergency services, and medical laboratory technology. Serving as Treasurer at VAPOCC since April 2018, Bill also holds the position of Fire/Rescue/EMS at Virginia International Raceway since March 2001 and has been the Business Manager at Danville Life Saving Crew, Inc. since April 1982. Bill's medical background includes a lengthy tenure as a Retired Medical Laboratory Technician at Sovah Health, Danville, which began in July 1972. Bill previously held leadership roles as President and Vice President at VAPOCC in 2013-2014. Educationally, Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Averett University between 1972 and 1974.
