Matt Baltz is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and data center engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies since August 2023, Matt previously worked as a consultant for Virginia Farm Bureau through Synigent Technologies, Inc., and held positions at Strategic Solutions of Virginia and Epitome Networks where responsibilities included designing and implementing technology solutions and supporting IT infrastructure. Matt began the IT career at Colortree Inc of VA as the sole IT Systems Administrator and gained foundational experience as an IT Support Specialist at Networking Technologies and Support, Inc. Matt holds an Associate of Arts and Science in Mechanical Engineering from John Tyler Community College and completed advanced mathematics coursework at Monacan High School.
