Kyle Cottrell possesses extensive experience in leadership and service. Currently serving as an Ambassador for the Women In Military Service For America Memorial Foundation, Inc. since October 2020 and as Executive Director for Semper Sisters since January 2016, Kyle is dedicated to supporting military women. Additionally, Kyle has worked as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant at Virginia Eye Consultants since March 2013 and previously directed the Chesapeake Volleyball Club, co-founding a Junior-Olympic girls volleyball program. A former Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, retiring in 2005 after 20 years of service, Kyle's military career included significant roles such as working with the Naval War College and the J-5 of U in Seoul, Korea. Kyle holds a Master of Public Administration in Leadership and Government from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University.
