Timothy Farabaugh has extensive experience in leadership roles within the church and retirement communities. Since June 2001, Timothy has served as a local church pastor for the Virginia Conference of The United Methodist Church. Previous positions include President/CEO at GlenWood Park Retirement Village from January 2013 to December 2014, and Chief Operating Officer at Vinson Hall Retirement Community from April 2009 to December 2012, where oversight included three administrators and department directors. Additionally, Timothy was the Executive Director at Virginia United Methodist Homes from March 2002 to December 2009, managing the day-to-day operations of the retirement community. Timothy holds a Master's Degree in Religion/Religious Studies from the Methodist Theological School in Ohio and a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Alderson Broaddus University.
