Joe Bailey, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources & Marketing Director at Virginia Cancer Institute since November 2002, overseeing practice administration, human resources, marketing, and financial counseling. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager/Consultant at Abacus Communications, Human Resources Support Manager & Training Manager at Applied Card Systems, MAPP Trainer/Recruiter & Child Protective Services at the State of Florida - Department of Children & Families, and Legal Specialist in the US Army. Joe Bailey holds a BS in Information Systems from Florida State University and multiple Lean Six Sigma certifications (Green and Yellow Belts) from the Medical Group Management Association, along with ongoing studies in Mental Health First Aid at Cornerstone University.
