Jesse Harris, SPHR, currently serves as the Head of People Experience and Culture at Virgin since January 2023, following an extensive career in talent development and organizational strategy. At Virgin Orbit, from June 2017 to January 2023, Jesse held multiple leadership roles including Director of People Development & Culture. As an instructor at Stanford Continuing Studies since April 2019, Jesse teaches courses on rapid prototyping, brainstorming techniques, and innovations in product and service design. Previously, Jesse worked at Alaska Airlines and Virgin America, managing talent development and learning initiatives, and at H-E-B, overseeing training and technology solutions for a large workforce. Jesse holds a Graduate Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an M.A. in Education from Stanford University, as well as a B.A. in Anthropology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
