Omer Rashid has extensive experience in project management and business development within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Project Assistant at Virgin Mobile USA since July 2014, Omer previously held leadership roles at TSI Inc / AWCC - Afghan Wireless as Executive Head, where responsibilities included developing nationwide customer service improvement plans and managing sales reporting. Prior experience includes position as Senior Manager for Business Development at ODCI - Afghanistan, demonstrating a strong background in sales success and organizational skills, and serving as Program Manager at GT - Gateway Technologies, focusing on staff development and performance management. Omer holds an MBA in Project Management and Human Resource Management from the Indian School of Business, alongside two bachelor's degrees—one in Computer Science from Kabul Education University and another in Business Administration from Preston University.
