Andrew Barker is an experienced Senior Delivery Manager currently leading the transformation of Virgin Media's sales through the development of an innovative eCommerce platform since March 2022. Previously, Andrew has held roles such as Delivery Manager at Version 1, where multiple agile teams were led to digitise the Civil Money Claims process, and at Sainsbury's, where Andrew managed cross-functional teams to support 150,000 colleagues. Andrew also served as Project Portfolio Manager at Ladbrokes, overseeing key Digital and International projects, and as a Senior Consultant Delivery Manager for Tesco, focusing on supplier onboarding. Earlier career highlights include heading project management at GTECH, delivering eCommerce software projects, and working as a Senior Project Manager at Mansion. Andrew holds certifications as a Scrum Master, in Managing Successful Programmes, and in PRINCE2.
