Amy Donehower has extensive experience in customer support and advocacy, currently serving as an EDI Customer Advocate and Customer Success Manager at athenahealth since February 2019. Prior to this, Amy held the position of Group Management EDI Customer Advocate at Virence Health. From July 2001 to October 2018, Amy was with GE Healthcare, where the role focused on customer retention and project management. Earlier experience includes roles at IDX Systems Corporation, including Senior Support Analyst Services and eCommerce Support Analyst. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Saint Michael's College.
