Greg served as a corporate development director of ISG Limited, an international services construction company, a managing director in a number of mid-capital-market-focused investment banks in London, the chief financial officer, and subsequently the managing director of Gamlestaden plc, the London subsidiary of Natwest Group, and a manager in the audit department of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co., a public accounting company in South Africa. Greg received a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Witwatersrand and a postgrad diploma in accounting from the University of Cape Town. He also received a master of business administration from City University, London, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
