Ricardo Maya is an experienced professional in the architectural glass industry, currently serving as a Project Estimator at Viracon since January 2022. In this role, Ricardo is responsible for processing price estimates with a focus on accuracy and customer service, collaborating with Field Sales Representatives and clients. Prior to joining Viracon, Ricardo held positions as a Customer Success Representative at Velocity Glass, where exceptional customer service and product knowledge were integral, and as a Partner Marketing Intern at FUN.com, where experience in e-commerce optimization and project management was gained. Additional experience includes roles at H&M, The Occasions Group, Nike, and Northern Edge Outfitters, showcasing a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Ricardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Associate of Arts degree from Riverland Community College.
