Erica McGrath has a diverse and extensive work experience. Erica is currently working as an Associate Director of Program & Portfolio Management at Vir Biotechnology, Inc. Erica joined this role in October 2022. Prior to this, Erica held the position of Vice President of Integrated Program Management at Evotec from December 2019 to October 2022.

Before their role at Evotec, Erica worked at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) for a significant period. During their time there, they served as a Senior Manager of Program Management from May 2012 to December 2019. Earlier in their career at Otsuka, they worked as a Clinical Research Associate from May 2010 to May 2012, and as a Process Administrator from August 2009 to May 2010.

Erica's work experience also includes a role as a Clinical Recruiter at Aerotek Scientific from September 2008 to August 2009. Prior to entering the industry, they gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan from an unspecified date in 2005 to 2008.

Erica McGrath completed their Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Washington between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and German from the University of Michigan from 2004 to 2008.
