Rick Yin has extensive experience in finance and investment, currently serving as the CFO at VIP.com since January 2014, alongside roles such as Investment Director and Senior Investment Manager at Shanshan Outlets Group. Previously, Rick held the position of Senior Associate at HuaTai Securities Co., Ltd., where responsibilities included due diligence and industry research in both GEM and SMEs. Prior to that, Rick worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2006 to July 2011, gaining significant exposure in sectors such as FMCG and healthcare, and managing statutory audits and group reporting in compliance with CAS, IFRS, and US GAAP. Rick Yin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Fudan University, following completion of secondary education at Shanghai High School.
