Alain Charbonnier is an experienced professional in operations management and engineering, currently serving as Directeur Technique at Ministère de la Justice since June 2024 and Manager de Transition / Directeur d'Exploitation at SAINTCLAIR since September 2023. Since December 2022, Alain has held the position of Directeur de l'Exploitation Technique Multisites at VIPARIS, alongside a long-standing role as Ingénieur d'Affaires and Directeur de Site at IDEX, which began in March 2018. Alain's previous experience includes serving as Directeur de Compte d’Entreprise en FM at Sodexo from November 2005 to January 2018, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management and client relationship oversight across multiple sites. Earlier work experience includes the role of Ingénieur projets at COFELY from 1998 to 2005, focusing on crisis management and operational support. Alain holds a BTS in Assistance d'Ingénieur and possesses expertise in operational excellence, QHSE, and the management of industrial workshops and teams.
