Matheus da Silva Teixeira has extensive experience in production and engineering, currently serving as an Assistente de Produção, Operador de Processos de Extrusão, and Auxiliar de Produção Preparação at Vipal Borrachas since July 2018. Prior roles include Estagiário at Vipal Borrachas from August 2016 to May 2018, and Coordenador Financeiro at Núcleo Baiano de Estudantes de Engenharia de Produção during 2017. Matheus began professional development as a Jovem Aprendiz at Pirelli from September 2013 to March 2015, focusing on maintenance and automation of machinery. Matheus contributed as an Instrutor at SENAI, teaching Eletrotécnica Básica in 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Production Management from Anhanguera Educacional (2023), a postgraduate degree in Higher Education Teaching from UNOPAR (2020), and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Faculdade Pitagoras (2018), among other technical certifications in Automation and Electronics from SENAI.
