Marc Ehrlich began their work experience in 1998 as a Trader in the Indian Market for Vipa Group. In 2002, they became the Group CEO of Vipa Group and also served as Chairman of Retripa. In 2008, they joined EuRIC AISBL as a Swiss Delegate to Erpa and eventually became the Vice President of Erpa. Marc also served as the Ambassador of Erpa from 2020 to 2022. Marc Ehrlich was a Member of the Foundation Board for Septembre Musical Vevey-Montreux Classical Music Festival from 2013. Marc was also a Member of the Association for Centre Patronal and a Delegate for Chambre vaudoise du commerce et de l'industrie (CVCI). Lastly, Marc Ehrlich was a Member of the Foundation Board for Ensemble Vocal de Lausanne from 2015 to 2019. In 2021, they joined the Bureau of International Recycling as a Member of the board and Vice President of the board for the Paper Division.
Marc Ehrlich has a Master's degree in Management from HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, which they obtained from 1989 to 1992. In 1992, they also completed an LL.M. degree in European Law from the Faculty of Law, Lausanne. Before that, from 1987 to 1988, they completed their Maturité in Scientific studies at Collège Lemania. In 1982, they attended Collège Champittet, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Marc also obtained a Certified Information System Auditor certification from Cisa in 1996. Additionally, in 2011, they completed the OWP program at IMD.
