Mark Leslie has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Penn State University. Mark then worked as an Emergency Certified Substitute Teacher at Ridgway Area School District and Johnsonburg Area School District from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, they served as a Graduate Assistant at the Center for Career Development, Edinboro University. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Sales Associate at TJMaxx and as a Substitute Teacher at Saint Marys Area School District. Mark then joined VIP Hospitality, LLC in 2013 and held various roles including FIS Ambassador, FIS Ambassador Lead, Passenger Services Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Human Resources Director at VIP Hospitality, LLC.

Mark Leslie holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from PennWest Edinboro, with a focus on Middle & Secondary Instruction and Chemistry Certification. Mark also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University, specializing in Management & Organization with an option in Human Resource Management. Additionally, Mark received the Instructional I: Chemistry 7-12 certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Education in 2012.
