Junjie Shang is an experienced professional with a diverse background in export management, business development, and project consulting. Currently serving as the Export and Product Manager for Beef Byproducts at Vion Food Group since April 2022, Junjie focuses on worldwide beef product exports, business development in Europe, product quality assurance, and product development for enhanced value. As a Co-Founder of QUIND, a human resource and project consulting firm, Junjie specializes in recruitment consulting and project management, particularly in the health sector between China and Germany. Additional experience includes roles as a Recruiting Consultant at ProCurand Care GmbH, Project Manager at RENAFAN, Business Development Manager at Taiyang International Holdings Ltd., and Lead Project Manager at ProKnoTa. Junjie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Economy from the University of Hamburg.
