Tommy Regoukos is an experienced business professional with a strong background in franchise development and operations management. Currently serving as an Area Developer at VIO Med Spa since February 2023, Tommy has also held a long-term role as a Franchisee at European Wax Center since June 2010. Additional experience includes overseeing day-to-day operations as an Area Developer for Orange Theory Fitness and previously for Beach Bum Tanning and Muscle Maker Grill. Tommy was the Owner of The Bess Group from January 2013 to January 2020, providing consulting services for business improvement and startups. Tommy is also recognized for experience as a Franchisee for Red Mango, Inc. from June 2011 to September 2014. Educational background includes a high school diploma from St. John's Prep obtained between 1988 and 1990.
