Micaela Lacastesantos has work experience as a Back Office Employee at VINTAZK Outsourcing from April 2021 onwards. Prior to this, they worked as an Accounting Assistant at Gr8Life from July 2019 to March 2020.

Micaela Lacastesantos attended the Western Mindanao State University from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in Broadcast Journalism.
