Josh Kinkaid has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Josh started their career at S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd. in 2005 as an Electrician - Journeyman. In 2007, they joined Berry Bros. General Contractors, Inc. as an Industrial Electrician - Journeyman and eventually became an Automation and Instrumentation Supervisor in 2012. In 2014, they moved to Vinson Process Controls where they served as a RAS Systems Support Specialist, responsible for designing, commissioning, starting up, and troubleshooting automation applications in the oil and gas sector. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Account Manager at Vinson Process Controls, providing technical subject matter expertise and supporting customers with their projects.

Josh Kinkaid attended LSU Shreveport from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Engineering Physics/Applied Physics. Additionally, they obtained a NCCER Certification from NCCER in June 2007.
