Cecilia Walker is a professional with diverse experience in customer service, event operations, and social media marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative for the Tampa Bay Rays and working in Event Operations for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers since June 2023, Cecilia focuses on enhancing fan experiences and providing support during events. Additionally, Cecilia holds a position as a Social Media Marketing Specialist with Teplitzky Management Group, where strategic marketing initiatives are developed for clients. Previous roles include Media Intern for Alabama Hockey, Front Office Intern for the Dallas Sidekicks, and various positions in hospitality, including Bartender and Server. Cecilia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The University of Alabama and possesses strong skills in content creation and customer engagement.
