Emily Smith is a Human Resources Generalist at VinFast US since December 2024 and serves as the Communication & Social Media Chair for the South Bay Chapter of the Professionals In Human Resources Association since April 2022. Previously, Emily worked as an HR Manager at Morpheus Space from August 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities included managing the complete employee lifecycle, resolving complex employee relations issues, and guiding leadership on workforce planning. Emily also has experience in establishing a new HR department at Morpheus Space, handling payroll and benefits, and recruiting for technical roles. Earlier roles include Head of Guest Service at Face Haus, overseeing recruiting and sales goals, and Business Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Santa Monica College.
