Andrea Coronel Shanley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andrea co-founded Vindow, Inc. in 2018 and held positions as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer. In 2022, they joined Chief as a Member. Prior to that, they worked at Hotel Connections as VP of Strategic Initiatives and VP of Client Delivery. Andrea also held roles at LAN Airlines as a Procurement Manager and at Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store as an Account Manager.

Andrea Coronel Shanley began their education at Universidad Privada Boliviana in 1996, graduating in 2000 with a degree in Economics. Andrea then pursued a Master of Business Administration at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from 2003 to 2004. Finally, they completed their education with a second Master of Business Administration at Hofstra University from 2007 to 2008, specializing in International Business.
