David Chilachava has worked as a Technical Marketing Manager at Vincotech since January 2021. Before that, they were a Senior Development Engineer for LED Ballasts at LEDVANCE from July 2018 to December 2020. Prior to LEDVANCE, they worked as a Development Engineer for Power Electronics at REFU Elektronik GmbH from September 2016 to June 2018. Before that, they worked as a Hardware Development Engineer at WEG from May 2014 to July 2016. Their earliest work experience was as a Development Engineer for Power Electronics (Project Manager) at Fraunhofer ISE from April 2012 to March 2014.

From 2010 to 2012, David Chilachava attended Hochschule Heilbronn - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Informatik, where they earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Electronic Systems Engineering.
