Juuso Palander has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Juuso started their career in 2007 as a Warehouse Worker at GNT and later worked as a Summer Worker at Destia in 2009. In the same year, they joined Suuntaviitta Osk as a Web Developer.

In 2010, Juuso took on the role of A/V Technician at TEDxProacademy and also worked as a Blogger at Level up!, where they shared personal development insights.

In 2012, after completing their business studies, Juuso started their own company, Tmi Juuso Palander, as a Web Developer specializing in WordPress sites. Juuso worked on approximately 30 projects during this period.

In 2014, Juuso co-founded Sniper Analytics Ltd. and served as the Product Designer. Juuso was responsible for designing the Matchmaking product and ensuring alignment between UI, sales, marketing, support, and pricing.

From 2015 to 2019, Juuso worked as a Software Engineer at giosg.com. In this senior role, they were a full-stack developer responsible for working across the entire giosg platform codebase. Juuso'sexpertise included technologies like TypeScript, React, RxJS, Node, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.

Currently, Juuso is employed as a Software Engineer at Vincit, starting in October 2019.

Juuso Palander completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Proakatemia in the years 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they attended Tampere University of Applied Sciences, where they also pursued a BBA, specializing in Business Economics and Entrepreneurship.
