Amanda Prado is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Corporate Legal Counsel at Vinci Partners since October 2020, Amanda has previously held the position of Coordenadora Jurídica at Bahia Asset Management from July 2015 to September 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Contracts Specialist at Brasco Logística Offshore and roles at Wilson Sons and Lobo & Ibeas Advogados focusing on civil and tax law, respectively. Amanda holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, an Especialização in Business Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
