Sylvia Mercer has extensive experience in commercial management, currently serving as the Business Unit Commercial Manager and previously as Senior Commercial Manager at VINCI Facilities since July 2017. In these roles, Sylvia Mercer has been responsible for delivering Professional and FM Services to Lincolnshire County Council and managing the NEC3 Term Services Contract related to project design services. Prior to this, Sylvia Mercer was the Commercial Lead for the VINCImouchel joint venture at Kier Group and held various managerial positions at Mouchel plc., including Senior Project & Programme Manager and Divisional Director. Sylvia Mercer holds a degree in Building Surveying from the University of Staffordshire, earned between 1998 and 2001.
