Carlos Mendes is an experienced construction professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently an independent entrepreneur at Résilience BIM since October 2018, Carlos specializes in execution management, project management assistance, and digital transition solutions for BIM and industry-specific applications. Carlos has also held significant roles at VINCI Construction Dom-Tom, overseeing major projects such as the reconstruction of the CHU Martinique, which involves coordinating over 40 companies and over 300 personnel. Prior experience includes positions at Eiffage Construction, BDW, SOCARA, and a tenure as a Chef de pièce antichar in the French Army.
