Phuc Tran is an experienced telecommunications engineer specializing in 3G and LTE network optimization. Currently holding the position of 3G/LTE Optimization Engineer at Ericsson Malaysia since June 2016, Phuc's responsibilities include equipment swap from NSN to Ericsson, troubleshooting various network issues, and conducting CBO reports for performance tuning. With a background as a 3G/LTE RF Engineer at Ericsson and a 2G/3G Optimization Engineer at Vinaphone, Phuc has a proven track record in network optimization across multiple projects in Vietnam. Previous experience includes a significant role as a Radio Network Optimization Engineer at Ericsson Vietnam, where Phuc managed site surveys, analyzed test logfiles, and coordinated network performance monitoring. Phuc holds an Engineering degree in Electronic and Telecom Network from the University of Technology HCM City.
