Julien Holgard is an experienced European Projects Manager currently with Vilogia since December 2021, previously holding the same position at Eurasanté from August 2019 to December 2021. Julien's career began with a role as a Schuman trainee at the European Parliament in 2019, contributing to the Linking the Levels Unit focused on intergovernmental connections in the EU. Earlier experience includes serving as a Public Affairs Manager intern at Roquette, where Julien monitored European legal developments, and as a Sponsorship Manager for French rally champion Yoann Bonato, managing communication, branding, and event organization. Julien Holgard holds a Master 2 in European policies and project management, a Master's in political action analysis, and a law degree from institutions in Lille.
