Tomas Seikalis is a seasoned Public Procurement Expert with extensive experience in public procurement procedures, representing suppliers and resolving disputes with contracting authorities. Currently serving as a Council Member and Chairman of The Ethics Commission for Vilnius City Municipality, Tomas has also held significant roles such as Managing Director of the National Association of Procurement Practitioners and Board Member of the Lithuanian Defence and Security Industry Association. Previous positions include Senior Associate at GLIMSTEDT and TRINITI, and Public Procurement Expert at Invest Lithuania. Tomas has contributed to the training of civil servants as a lecturer at the Training Centre of the Ministry of Finance, and has a Master of Laws in European Union Law from Mykolas Romeris University.
