Agnieszka Zalewska is an experienced professional in clinical research and customer service, currently serving as a Clinical Research Associate II at PPD since April 2019, with previous roles including Clinical Trial Coordinator and Remote Site Monitor. Concurrently, Agnieszka has been with Villeroy & Boch since January 2011, managing customer service for retail operations, overseeing order coordination, sales reporting, and inventory management, while also supporting the accounting and IT departments. Agnieszka holds a Postgraduate Education in Methodology of Clinical Research from the Medical University of Warsaw, a Master of Engineering in Management and Production Engineering from the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw, and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Biology.
