Charles Roberge, CRIA, has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations. Currently serving as Coordonnateur - Ressources humaines (Dotation et équité salariale) at Ville de Trois-Rivières since February 2016, Charles Roberge contributes to workforce planning and the development of competency profiles for personnel selection. Previously, at CIUSSS de la Mauricie et du Centre-du-Québec from July 2011 to February 2016, Charles Roberge worked as a conseiller en ressources humaines and conseiller en relations de travail, supporting managers in resolving labor relations issues and managing grievance arbitrations. Charles Roberge's career in human resources began at CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches as an agent de gestion du personnel from March 2006 to June 2011. Educated at Université Laval, Charles Roberge holds a Master’s degree in Management and Development of Organizations and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations.
