Julie Moreau currently holds the position of Technicienne principale at Ville de Shawinigan since October 2024. Prior to this role, Julie worked at Ville de Trois-Rivières as a Technicienne en documentation and Chef d’équipe from September 1998 to November 2024. Julie also has experience as the Propriétaire of Maison de Cafés le Torréfacteur from 1996 to 2005. Educationally, Julie holds a DEC in Technique de la documentation from Cégep de Trois-Rivières (1992-1995) and has also studied Tourism at Cégep de Granby (1987-1989), in addition to completing coursework at Université du Québec - Télé-université from 2011 to 2013.
