Sonia Loukil has extensive experience in human resources and internal communication, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Internal Communication at Ville de Puteaux since December 2020. Prior to this role, Sonia was the Deputy Director of Human Resources at the Département des Hauts-de-Seine from September 2018 to December 2020 and held various positions at Le Groupe La Poste from July 2011 to September 2018, including Director of Human Resources for the Seine-Saint-Denis division and roles focused on employee well-being and quality management. Sonia's career also includes significant contributions to quality and internal control at Poste Immo, Marchal Technologies, and Groupe Lachant Spring, demonstrating a strong foundation in management, quality systems, and organizational transformation. Sonia holds a Master’s degree in Management, Quality, Safety, and Environment from Université Paris Cité and has completed additional training in negotiation and management of change.
