Pascal Duballet is an experienced urban planning and development professional with a career spanning several decades. Since March 2021, Pascal has served as Directeur général adjoint at Ville de Noisy-le-Grand. Prior to this role, Pascal held various positions at Grand Poitiers Communauté Urbaine from 1999, including Directeur de Projet Action Cœur de Ville and Directeur urbanisme et habitat. Earlier in Pascal's career, from 1988 to 1999, Pascal worked at the Ministère de l'équipement, where responsibilities included managing urban planning and development initiatives. Pascal is a graduate of the Ecole nationale des Travaux publics de l'Etat, having completed studies from 1984 to 1987.
