Johan TIDAS has extensive experience in information technology and digital management within public institutions. Currently serving as the DSI at Mairie de Choisy-le-Roi since May 2021, Johan TIDAS leads digital development projects focused on e-inclusion and dematerialization while establishing governance to enhance administrative practices and user services. Prior to this role, Johan TIDAS worked at Mairie de Vitry-sur-Seine for nearly eight years, managing the IT and Telecommunications Service and overseeing a team responsible for system administration, network management, and application maintenance. Johan TIDAS has also held positions as a Systems and Network Administrator, Application Manager at Syctom, and Network Specialist at Helix. Johan TIDAS holds a Master’s degree in prospective, innovation, and public management from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a BTS in Information Management from CEFP PARIS.
