Harvey L. Tepner is an experienced board member with a diverse portfolio across various industries, including entertainment, technology, healthcare, and finance. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Village Roadshow Entertainment Group since April 2017, Tepner has contributed to multiple public and private companies, including roles at Bird Global, Inc., Casa Systems, Inc., Careismatic Brands, AmSurg, BlockFi Lending LLC, Serta Simmons Bedding, Katerra, Core-Mark International, and Exide Technologies. Tepner holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from Carleton University.
