Patrick Sheridan is an accomplished Food and Beverage Manager at Village On The Isle since May 2022, with extensive experience in hospitality management including roles as Director of Operations at MEALS ON WHEELS OF THE MONTEREY PENINSULA INC from November 2018 to May 2022, and Director of Operations at Esalen Institute from June 2014 to October 2017. Patrick has also served as a Hospitality Consultant with PS Consulting from October 2013 to May 2022, and held various general management positions at Beach Resort Monterey, Hotel Abrego, and Inn at Morro Bay. Previous experience includes Regional General Manager at Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts and General Manager roles at multiple properties, including Asilomar Conference Grounds and Yosemite Lodge. Patrick earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
