Kelly Mastera, MPA, currently serves as a Management Analyst for the Village of West Dundee since June 2023. Previously, Kelly held the position of Village Clerk for the Village of Gilberts from August 2022 to May 2023, and served as the Community Development Coordinator for the Village of Carpentersville from February 2017 to August 2022. In these roles, Kelly specialized in managing Freedom of Information Act requests and collaborated closely with elected officials. Prior experience includes working as a Payroll/HR Service Consultant II at ADP, providing human capital management support to national account clients, and various positions with the Chicago Cubs, focusing on fan services. Kelly also has a background as a Crime Victim Compensation Claims Analyst for the Illinois Attorney General's Office, where responsibilities included preparing investigative reports. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Criminology & Law Studies from Marquette University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield.
