Tracy Raimondo is an accomplished professional in emergency management and instructional design, currently serving as the Emergency Management and Accreditation Manager for the Village of Schaumburg since December 2020. Previously, Tracy held the position of Training Coordinator at the Schaumburg Fire Department from October 2014 to December 2020 and worked as a Training Specialist/Instructional Designer at Central DuPage Hospital from December 2008 to October 2014. Tracy's educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from Full Sail University, a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University, an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management and Negotiation from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor's Degree in Emergency/Disaster Management from American Military University.
