Matt Frank has over two decades of experience in economic development and planning, currently serving as the Director of Economic Development for the Village of Schaumburg since 1999, following roles as an Economic Development Manager and Assistant Director of Community Development. Prior to this, Matt worked as a Planner for DuPage County from 1997 to 1999. Matt holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield, obtained in May 2023, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 1997.
