Alyssa Arzikovic, MSc, PHR, serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Village of Pleasant Prairie since June 2022. Previously, Alyssa held the position of HR Business Partner at NEMERA, where responsibilities included aligning HR practices with organizational goals and compliance with employment laws. Alyssa's extensive background in HR encompasses roles such as HR Generalist and HR & Recruiting Specialist at Modine Manufacturing Company, Human Resources Manager at the Racine Family YMCA, and various positions in human services and educational roles. Alyssa holds a Master of Science in Business Design & Innovation from Carthage College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Michigan University.
