Madeline Farrell currently serves as the Assistant Village Manager for the Village of Lincolnwood since August 2024. Prior to this position, Madeline held various roles at the Village of Northbrook from January 2018 to August 2024, including Deputy Village Manager and Assistant Village Manager. Madeline's career began at Crowe Horwath LLP, where work as a Senior Government Consultant focused on business analysis, process improvement, and organizational change management for public sector clients from July 2015 to December 2017. An internship at Crowe Horwath in 2014 involved internal audits and business development research for government entities. Additionally, an internship with the U.S. Department of Commerce in 2013 included managing schedules and preparing trade briefings. Madeline earned a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy Analysis from Indiana University Bloomington.
